Electronic Devices for Smartphones

Abstract


This report mainly introduces various electronic devices for smartphones from top-level to basic structure. The paper emphasize on
MOSFET device physics and operation principles, and some of the display technology including LED, OLED and touchscreen are discussed.
Based on the current devices, the future progress of smartphones are explored to speculate what novel electronic devices are needed.
