Research on Optimization of Conveyor Direction of Scraper Conveyor Based on Computer Simulation

Abstract


With the development of industrial automation, the application of scraper conveyors in various material conveying systems is becoming increasingly widespread. How to improve the conveying efficiency of scraper conveyors and optimize their conveying direction is
currently one of the hot research topics. Based on computer simulation technology, this article explores the performance of scraper conveyors
in different conveying directions and proposes a new optimization method. By establishing mathematical models and using computer simulations to analyze and optimize different design parameters, the aim is to improve the efficiency and stability of the conveyor.
