The Impact of Big Language Models on Service Industry Reshaping and Commercialization Strategies

Abstract


As a major breakthrough in the field of natural language processing, Big Language Models are having a far-reaching impact on
the service industry and leading its reshaping towards intelligence and efficiency. Through powerful language understanding and generation
capabilities, Big Language Models can significantly improve the productivity and user experience of the service industry, and at the same
time give rise to new business models and service forms. In terms of commercialization strategy, enterprises need to focus on technological
innovation and application landing, launch customized solutions in combination with industry needs, and accelerate the process of technology
transformation and productization through industry-university-research cooperation and eco-partnership construction. In addition, flexible and
diverse charging models such as MaaS (Model as a Service) also provide strong support for the wide application of Big Language Models in
the service industry.
