Abstract

The hydraulic retarder is crucial in vehicle auxiliary braking, but its pressure sensor circuit design faces many challenges. For these
challenges, this study aims to optimize the hydraulic retarder pressure sensor circuit design and improve its performance in complex road conditions. Thoroughly discusses the hydraulic retarpressure sensor circuit design difficulties, including complex road chip circuit design signal
stability and anti-interference ability, sensor stability and accuracy problem of corrosion resistance, impact resistance strategy and precision
improvement technology, and improve the degree of automation problem of intelligent control technology application and data processing and
feedback optimization. Based on NSC9260 chip, analyze the accuracy error, working temperature, range and load impedance characteristics.
At the same time, a temperature sensor based on the Heraeus PT chip circuit is developed to analyze the temperature measurement range,
working medium advantage and insulation resistance performance.
