The New Age Asimov: Comparative Study of International Research on Artificial Intelligence Policies in Citespace
Abstract
social impacts. While AI drives economic modernization, it also poses challenges in national security, ethical governance, and public policy.
To manage AIs growth, the global community has significantly invested in policy research, setting technological standards, laws, and frameworks. As a key player in AI, Chinas policies receive considerable attention; however, domestic and international AI policy research often
diverges in focus and priorities. Analyzing the similarities, differences, and trends between AI policy research in China and other countries is
thus valuable for both academic and practical insights.
??This paper leverages CiteSpace V software for data processing and visualization based on SSCI and CSSCI database literature to systematically compare AI policy research across nations. By examining metrics such as literature volume, keyword co-occurrence, and prominence,
this study aims to uncover hot topics, research features, and development trends in global AI policy.
