Research on the Cultivation Mode of Dual-Innovation Talents with Big Data Application for E-commerce Majors

Abstract


This project focuses on the exploration of teaching reform in the Kunpeng class of the E-commerce major at the School of Economics and Management. It focuses on the innovation of talent cultivation models for innovation and entrepreneurship in the context of big data
application scenarios, and constructs a multidimensional education system through school enterprise collaboration mechanisms. The study
combines the online platform of Smart Cloud Hubwith the offline platform of JD Industry Education Integration Training Baseto create an
O2O practical teaching carrier, reconstructs the course system of big data application modules, implements course assessment reform to stimulate students competition and innovation awareness, and integrates resources from leading enterprises such as China Software International
and JD to strengthen the integration of industry and education. Practice has shown that this reform effectively enhances the job competence,
innovative practical ability, and career development potential of students in the Kunpeng class of e-commerce, and to a certain extent provides
a reference for the cultivation of applied new business talents in similar universities as a model of school enterprise collaborative education.
