The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Job Market for Finance in Colleges and Universities and the Coping Strategies

Abstract


With the deep penetration of artificial intelligence technology in the financial sector, the job market for finance is undergoing structural changes in colleges and universities. Based on the current development status quo of the fintech industry, combined with data on job
demand and practice of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the job substitution effect of artificial intelligence on
the financial job market, the requirements for ability restructuring, and the impact of market stratification, and then proposes targeted coping
strategies from three dimensions: the reform of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, the improvement of students' ability, and schoolenterprise collaborative education to provide a reference for alleviating the employment contradiction of finance and achieving a precise
matching between talent supply and market demand.
