Research on the Cultivation of Digital Literacy for Young Teachers in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Hainan Free Trade Port

Abstract


This article takes the policy environment and industrial transformation of the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port as the
background, defines the core concepts of "zero tariffs, low tax rates, and simple tax systems" in the Hainan Free Trade Port and the digital literacy of young teachers in vocational colleges, and sorts out the current research status at home and abroad. Point out the deficiencies of current young teachers in teaching, scientific research, application of information technology, etc., as well as the limitations of existing research.
Furthermore, exploration was carried out from theoretical construction and strategy formulation. Finally, it was proposed that cultivating the
digital literacy of young teachers can promote the digital transformation of vocational education, enhance teachers' competitiveness, promote
educational equity, and provide support for the high-quality development of vocational education.
