Research on the Internship and Training Path of Business Administration Students in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Mode of School-enterprise Cooperation
Abstract
school-enterprise collaboration models. Through literature review, case analysis, and empirical research, it systematically examines the significance of such partnerships for professional development, identifies current challenges, and proposes improvement strategies. The findings
reveal three key issues: insufficient collaboration depth, low alignment between practical content and program objectives, and underdeveloped management and evaluation systems. To address these, the paper proposes a "demand alignment-curriculum integration-project-drivenevaluation feedback" framework. By strengthening school-enterprise collaborative education mechanisms and refining internship management
systems, this approach aims to enhance students practical competencies and professional qualities, ultimately cultivating high-caliber applied
talents that meet market demands.
