Xiuyu Zeng

Abstract

Digital technology has deeply integrated into higher education and talent service sector, driving the employment management services in higher education to shift from the traditional offline, experience-driven, and process-oriented provision to the online and offline blended, data-driven, and precision provision. At present, the employment services in higher education still face challenges such as insufficient
top-level design, suboptimal platform interoperability, misaligned supply and demand of talents, and lag in service capabilities, struggling to
fully satisfy the dual demands of high-quality employment for graduates and precision recruitment by employers. Based on the background
of digital development, this paper analyzes the current challenges of employment management services in higher education, and explores the
innovation directions and optimization pathways of employment management service models from educational philosophy renewal, platform
construction, mechanism refinement, capability enhancement, and ecosystem building, aiming to enhance the quality and efficiency of employment services and catalyze graduates to achieve higher-quality and full employment.
