Abstract

Swarming effect is a process in which microbial communities, due to the increase in population density, lead to changes in their
physiological and biochemical properties, showing characteristics that are not present in a small number of organisms or individual organisms. In this paper, the structure, synthesis and regulatory mechanisms of group sensing effect molecules were deeply analyzed by using DNA
amplification and sequencing techniques. The PCR amplification technique provides an important basis for the in-depth understanding of the
molecular mechanism of the swarming effect, and also provides new ideas for the development of novel therapeutic strategies against bacterial infections and the innovative application of biotechnology.
