Identification of Barrier Factors and Optimization Paths for Digital-Real Economy Integration under the Factor-Structure-Effectiveness Framework
Abstract
provincial‑level administrative regions and employs an obstacle‑degree model to compute contribution coefficients of indicators for digital‑real economy integration. With multi‑dimensional time‑series charts, this study identifies region‑specific barrier factors and interprets the
sources of regional driving-force gaps. Results show that national core obstacles have experienced a distinct temporal shift: digital-economy‑effectiveness constraints dominated in early phases, whereas the obstacle share of profit margin of industrial enterprises above designated
size surged during 2021‑2024. The principal contradiction has transformed from deficiencies in digital‑economy factors and effectiveness
toward real‑economy structural and benefit‑related constraints. Barrier factors display striking regional heterogeneity: the eastern region is restrained by real‑industrial benefits and industrial‑structure upgrading; the central region is mainly hampered by inadequate industrial‑structure
advancement; the western region faces compound pressures from digital effectiveness and real‑economic benefits; Northeast China's bottleneck lies in industrial profitability. Noticeable intra‑provincial divergence also appears within each region. Accordingly, this paper proposes
localized categorized paths for industrial digitalization, offering references for regional industrial governance and statistical assessment of
digital-real economy integration.
