The Theoretical Logic and Path Selection of Green Fiscal Policy in Enhancing Urban Green Development Welfare
Abstract
improves green development welfare through the dual mechanism of external correction and incentive compatibility; clarifies the creation of
green science and technology. The two intermediary transmission paths that reduce the intensity of new and energy consumption, and analyze
the adjustment logic of the policy effect from the perspective of urban endowment heterogeneity, provide theoretical support for optimizing
the design of the green fiscal system and maximizing the welfare effect of policies on people's livelihood.
