Intelligent Digital Employees Empower Business Process Optimization and Effectiveness Analysis
Abstract
An extensive empirical study was conducted in 31 provincial subsidiaries around the world over six months. Results show that in the smart
inspection scenario, the average number of tasks per person increased by 1.78 to 2.62; as for operational report creation scenarios, it increased
from 4.39 to 6.47. The workload density per unit of digital staff participants in these two scenarios was 47.4% higher than permanent operations supervisors. The time required to produce an operational report was reduced by 1.2-2 seconds, and the single inspection period was
shortened to 5-10 minutes, with task completion rates reaching 98.5%. This study provides a practical solution for telecom operators' transition to data-driven smart management.
