A Study on the Dynamic Matching Mechanism of Young Talent in Jilin Province under the Context of Automotive Industry Transformation — An Integrated Perspective Based on SCCT and MBTI
Abstract
adopts the Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) as its theoretical framework, supplemented by MBTI personality types as auxiliary identification variables, to propose a dual-cycle dynamic matching model integrating "personal development cycles" with "industrial upgrading
cycles." The research establishes a three-tier progressive logic—static survey, dynamic tracking, and strategy formulation—and employs a
three-stage longitudinal design incorporating structural equation modeling, multi-group analysis, and latent variable growth modeling to systematically explore the adaptation mechanisms and evolutionary pathways of young talent within Jilin's automotive industrial cluster. Based
on these findings, the study proposes precise talent attraction and development strategies covering xithree stages: career preparation, job entry
adaptation, and career advancement, promoting a shift in regional industrial talent policies from "quantity-driven job supply" to "qualitydriven job matching."
