Research on the Construction of a Collaborative Education Mechanism for "One-Stop" Student Communities in Private Universities Through Digital Empowerment

Zhu Zheng

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the in-depth advancement of smart campus construction, digital transformation offers a novel pathway for
the innovation of "one-stop" student community education models in universities. Compared to public institutions, private universities face
challenges such as limited operational resources, weak collaboration among multiple stakeholders, and practical issues like poor interdepartmental coordination, underutilized data resources, homogenized educational services, and insufficient motivation in community education.
Based on the operational characteristics of private universities and grassroots educational practices, this study establishes a multi-dimensional
digital collaborative education mechanism, supported by a practical implementation system aligned with campus operations. Focusing on
frontline educational pain points, the research proposes targeted optimization strategies to provide practical insights for enhancing the quality
and effectiveness of community-based three-dimensional education in private universities.
