Yunying Li

Abstract

The continuous iteration of new media technology has advanced the profound changes in the dissemination environment and educational methods of ideological and cultural education in higher education institutions. The rigid models of traditional red culture education carriers have failed to align with the law of ideological understanding and growth needs of new-era young students. Based on the context of new
media communication, this paper examines the development status of red culture education carriers in higher education, analyzes the practical
dilemmas in current carrier construction, and explores the digital, immersive, and stratified carrier innovation practice pathways, aiming to
dismantle traditional education silos, inspire the vitality of red culture in contemporary era, advance the shift of red culture education in higher
education from one-way indoctrination to two-way interactive infiltration, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for the establishment of the ideological and political education system in higher education in the new era.
