Abstract
In recent years, there have been more and more types of projects and products, the application of new technologies is becoming more and more difficult, the research and development cycle is getting shorter and shorter, the quality demand is getting higher and higher, and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, which has become the new characteristics of the space model mission. By carrying out scientific research and production management evaluation work, it can achieve rapid and continuous improvement of scientific research and production capacity, promote the development of the space industry, meet the new requirements of the national space science and technology industry development, and lay a solid foundation for the establishment of a new space science and technology industry system.
