Abstract


Talent is a crucial element in the progress and prosperity of enterprises, making the importance of human resource management
increasingly prominent in the corporate sphere. From the perspective of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), this paper strives
to refine the operational practices of the enterprises HR Three-pillar mode. This involves optimizing the organizational structure to enhance
efficiency, clarifying the role and responsibilities of HRBPs to foster accountability, and strengthening the capabilities of HRBPs through
continuous training and development. Additionally, the construction of a positive corporate culture is essential to promote a collaborative and
inclusive work environment. Implementing these strategies can empower HRBPs to play a pivotal role in business success, fostering a symbiotic relationship between talent and enterprise growth.
