Abstract


This paper investigates young teachers understanding of involution in career development and their job satisfaction. Taking young
teachers in Chengdu, Sichuan Province as the research object, it studies the job satisfaction of young teachers in Chengdu, Sichuan Province,
constructs a theoretical model of job satisfaction of young teachers in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from three dimensions, and analyzes and
explains the connotation characteristics and internal relations of the theoretical model, exploring various reasons that lead to job satisfaction
of young teachers in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
