Abstract


In the context of global climate change, the incidence of extreme weather events has increased, posing numerous challenges to enterprise supply chains. This article analyzes strategies for supply chain risk management in extreme weather and the role of credit assurance
within this framework. The aim is to provide a reference for enterprises to maintain supply chain stability under extreme weather conditions.
