New quality productivity is an inherent requirement and important focus for promoting high-quality development. Its underlying
logic for driving high-quality development lies in promoting technological innovation and upgrading factor quality, accelerating management
innovation and production relationship transformation, and achieving high-quality economic development. In the new era, we must adhere to
the core position of technological innovation in the overall modernization construction, play a key role in further deepening reform and opening up comprehensively, and explore new mechanisms for talent cultivation under new situations and requirements.
