Abstract


In order to retain employees, enterprises have made continuous improvements in employee management, and gradually changed
from leading department to service department, paying more attention to employees feelings and striving to improve employees satisfaction. In this context, many enterprises have begun to pay attention to the individual needs of employees to meet the life rhythm and work
habits of different employees. However, there is still no obvious decline in employee turnover rate in most enterprises, which makes many enterprises begin to search for the reasons for the high employee turnover rate. The influencing factors of employee satisfaction are investigated
and analyzed in order to find a solution.
