A Study on the Influence Mechanism of Gender Discrimination in Enterprises on Employees Turnover Intention-a Case Study of Guiyang City

Abstract


Employees of different gender groups may be treated differently by enterprises in employment opportunities, salary and promotion opportunities. In this paper, based on the research on the influencing factors of employees gender discrimination on employees turnover intention, we investigated and analyzed employees gender discrimination in China, and found out the relationship between employees
gender discrimination and employees turnover intention, so as to help enterprises better manage their enterprises and reduce the turnover
rate of employees.
