In the new era, the form of digital economy has become an inevitable trend. Through digital economy, rural economic development can be promoted and rural economic growth can be achieved, which provides the possibility for equal income distribution and allows
rural digital economy to share the development results. Through the analysis of the development of digital economy, this paper expounds the
constraints of digital economy enabling rural common prosperity, and discusses the realization path of rural common prosperity under the
background of digital economy. Theoretically, rural common prosperity can be realized by reducing the cost of public services, improving the
digital literacy of farmers, and using digital technology to help rural development and transformation.
