Discussion on Food Safety Risk Monitoring Problems and Solutions

Abstract


In recent years, Chinas rapid economic development, peoples living standards are also higher and higher, food safety is more and
more attention by the society from all walks of life. Food safety is related to peoples health and life safety, and is also an important guarantee
for social stability and economic development. However, due to the complex food production and circulation links, and the increasingly perfect supervision system, food safety risk monitoring is also facing many challenges. Effective monitoring of food safety risks is the key way to
prevent and control food safety incidents, but also the fundamental guarantee of food safety. This paper will discuss some problems in the current stage of food safety risk monitoring and propose some strategies to solve them, hoping to provide some useful reference for our countrys
food safety supervision.
