The Integration of Theory and Practice of Multi-level Supply Chain Collaboration and Information Sharing Mechanism
Abstract
Supply chain collaboration and information sharing is the core issue of supply chain management, which is crucial to the efficiency
and resilience of supply chain operation. However, there is still a disconnect between the theoretical research and practical application of
supply chain collaboration and information sharing. On the basis of sorting out relevant theories, this paper discusses the integration path of
supply chain collaboration and information sharing theory and practice from the perspectives of multi-level supply chain collaboration system
construction, information sharing mechanism optimization, and supply chain resilience improvement, so as to provide theoretical guidance for
supply chain management practice and promote the coordinated development of supply chain.
