Research on the Optimisation Problems of E-commerce Warehouse Management - Taking a Wine Buying Company as an Example

Abstract

With the rapid spread of e-commerce in China, the logistics industry, which is closely linked to it, has also developed at a high
speed. This paper analyses and proposes optimization solutions for the problems arising from the warehouse management of a wine-buying
e-commerce company. In terms of warehouse storage management, user orders are analysed with the help of EIQ analysis, and the warehouse
storage is divided by combining COI index analysis and ABC classification inventory control method. In cargo picking, the traditional “fruit
picking” picking is combined with “seeding” picking to improve the picking efficiency.
