Design of Electric Actuator Controller based on Microcontroller

Abstract


This paper discusses the design and implementation of an electric actuator control system using advanced single-chip microcomputer and sensor technologies. Traditional electric actuators suffer from low control accuracy and complex operation, while foreign intelligent actuators are expensive with poor parts and after-sales service. The research designs an integrated system with real-time LCD, current detection,
and limit protection. It improves control precision and user experience, competing with foreign products. The design includes a high-precision
control circuit for a single-phase AC asynchronous motor and position feedback. Hardware and software are developed based on theoretical
analysis and simulation experiments, verifying the systems feasibility, effectiveness, stability, and high valve control precision, meeting industrial application needs.
