A Brief Discussion on the Comparison of Polo between Han and Tang Dynasties

Abstract


Polo is the focus of research in academia. Polo began to appear during the Eastern Han Dynasty and reached its peak in the Tang
Dynasty, becoming a cultural symbol. Through the analysis of the development and characteristics of Han and Tang polo materials, it is
found that it is closely related to foreign cultures and is the product of cultural exchange. The comparative study of Han and Tang polo
not only enriches the theory, but also provides theoretical support for the revival of polo culture and the comprehensive development of
Chinas sports culture.
