New Trends in Legal Translation Research in the Era of Artificial Intelligence -- Based on the Research Papers of Professor Zhang Falian
Abstract
language processing and translation has been continuously deepened, bringing unprecedented changes to legal translation. By analyzing the
legal translation research of Professor Zhang Falian from China University of Political Science and Law, this paper summarizes the research
directions of legal translation in the past two years (theoretical research, practical research, interdisciplinary talent cultivation), and explores
the new trends in legal translation research, including the quality assessment of legal translation by artificial intelligence, the learning and
training of artificial intelligence, and the new model of cultivating legal translators.
