Abstract

With the rapid development of the international cruise industry, the demand for high-quality crew management personnel is growing
day by day. Through the analysis of the current situation of talent training, the current talent training faces some challenges. On this basis, the
paper puts forward a series of targeted and operable optimization strategies. These strategies have greatly improved the quality of personnel
training and provided excellent professionals for the international cruise industry.
