An Analysis of the Core Ideas in the Study of Administration: From the Perspective of Woodrow Wilsons The Study of Administration

Lei Wang

Abstract

This paper delves into the history of administrative thought and development, analyzing the differences in the emergence of administration across different cultural backgrounds. It argues that the study of administration must be in line with local cultural contexts and
material foundations. Focusing on the core issues that administrative research needs to address and grasping the core ideas and developmental
threads of administrative research has reference significance for the localization of administrative research. The paper discusses the methods
and importance of citizen participation and public opinion, which hold a significant position in administrative research. It uses a comparative
research perspective to discuss administration in different cultural contexts.
