Abstract

With the continuous development and progress of society, the efficiency of administrative management has become one of the
important indicators to measure the effectiveness of government work. In practice, the improvement of administrative efficiency faces many
challenges. New public management, as a management mode that pursues efficiency and pays attention to effect, provides new ideas and
methods for improving administrative management. This paper aims to analyze the factors that affect the improvement of administrative efficiency in the new public management, in order to provide useful reference for improving the efficiency of government work and optimizing
the allocation of resources.
