Abstract


For the case of evaluating the ability of CNC cylindrical grinding machine to grind outer circles, when measuring the machine tool
process capability index Cp and Cpk, based on the actual situation that the factory can only measure manually, measures such as expanding the
sample size, multiple person testing, and mutual verification are adopted to ensure the reliability of the testing data and the reliability of the Cp
and Cpk calculation results. Use the calculated values of Cp and Cpk to determine the stable production capacity of the machine tool.
