Louyan Sun

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, public service resources are undergoing profound digital transformation,
aiming to realize the interconnection of service methods, standardization of service content, digitization of customer identification, intellectualization of solutions and integration of public and private services through cutting-edge technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence
and Internet of Things. This transformation has greatly improved the efficiency and transparency of public services, providing citizens with
more convenient channels to get things done, while ignoring the individual needs of special groups such as the elderly. This paper discusses
the trend of digital transformation of public service resources, analyzes the importance of age-appropriate strategies, and proposes to improve
the age-appropriate degree of digital public services by improving the ease of use, commonweal and personalization of digital public services,
as well as strengthening the accessibility of digital training and the security of user data and privacy.
