Structural Design and Simulation Analysis of New Linear Actuator

Tairui Wang

Abstract

In this paper, in order to study the design and simulation analysis of a new linear actuator to improve its performance under high
load, long life and high efficiency requirements. In the design scheme selection and parameter optimisation stage, a variety of analysis tools
are used for simulation verification to ensure the feasibility and practicability of the design. The simulation results show that the optimised design can significantly improve the actuators transmission efficiency and load-bearing capacity, especially under high load conditions, showing
better stability and reliability. Finally, based on the simulation results, improvement measures for friction loss and insufficient structural rigidity are proposed to further enhance the comprehensive performance of the actuator.
