Study on Preparation and Application Technology of Nano-calcium Carbonate
Abstract
This study comprehensively analyzes the preparation process, surface modification technology of nano-calcium carbonate and application in industries such as plastics, rubber, inks and coatings. The role of mechanical crushing and chemical synthesis in the synthesis of
nano-calcium carbonate, as well as the effect of dry and wet surface modification technology on improving the compatibility of nano-calcium
carbonate with polymer materials, are discussed in depth. The results showed that surface-modified nano-calcium carbonate can significantly
improve the mechanical properties and aging resistance of composite materials, as well as the quality of inks and coatings. The thesis finally
emphasizes that although Chinas calcium carbonate industry has shortcomings in the development of high-end products, the market demand
for nano-calcium carbonate is growing. The potential to replace high-cost materials is huge, which has an important impact on promoting
technological innovation and industrial upgrading in related industries.
