Abstract


In the process of reading this paper, I have expressed great recognition and interest in the author’s research methods and results.This paper mainly explores how to intervene in crisis through problem management and media monitoring in the current digital media information age. The purpose of the study is to understand the role of issue management and media monitoring in the current media environment,and to study their ability to predict and control crises.
