Research on Optimization of Procurement Management in HK Company
Abstract
in the companys management work, which brings great challenges to the companys procurement management. Therefore, this paper introduces the commonly used AHP hierarchy analysis method in procurement management to manage optimize the materials and suppliers in the
previous procurement model, thereby promoting the healthy and sustainable development of HK company.
