Abstract


In order to build a scientific and reasonable key index system for bank e-banking employee performance management, based on the
principles of science and operability, the system is aligned with the banks strategic objectives and takes into account the dynamics and foresight. Through the design of key indicators for customer orientation, work efficiency and innovation, teamwork and organizational contribution, business growth and risk management, etc., it is analyzed that the system helps to optimize and improve the performance management of
e-banking employees.
