Exploration into the Reform, Innovation, and Practice of Football Teaching Methods in University Physical Education

Kunlun Jin, Jingjing Chu

Abstract

This article explores the innovation and practice of teaching methods for college sports football. Point out the problems of single
teaching methods, lack of pertinence, and disconnection between theory and practice in current teaching. Propose reform measures such as innovative teaching models, student-centered approach, integration of theory and practice, and strengthening teacher-student interaction. By using gamification, personalization, and competitive teaching methods, we can improve teaching efficiency, stimulate students interest, promote
their skill improvement, and play an important role in promoting football culture.
