Abstract

Taking the gear industry as an example, the challenges faced by traditional manufacturing enterprises in the process of digital transformation are deeply analyzed, and the path of digital transformation is discussed, including digital design and manufacturing, digital infrastructure, digital management, etc., and corresponding strategies and suggestions are proposed, in order to provide useful references for the
digital transformation of the gear industry and other traditional manufacturing enterprises.
