This dissertation explores the crucial role of cross-cultural conflict in multinational corporations (MNCs) operations. It thoroughly analyzes this issues complex phenomena and challenges, particularly concerning employee management and organizational adaptation. By employing a multi-dimensional approach to cross-cultural conflict, the research investigates how MNCs can develop effective
employee management strategies and organizational adaptation mechanisms to navigate the challenges posed by cultural diversity in the
context of globalization.
