Exploration of the Application of Task Driven Teaching Method in College Students Career Planning and Employment Guidance

Abstract


Career planning and employment guidance have become indispensable contents in the teaching of universities in the new era, and
doing a good job in related teaching work has also become an important topic that every relevant educator needs to deeply study. However,
based on the current overall teaching situation, there are still certain shortcomings, such as a single teaching method, a disconnect between
theory and practice, and a lack of personalized guidance. It is particularly important to implement new teaching strategies such as task driven
teaching method to improve such problems. Based on the actual situation of career planning and employment guidance teaching for college
students in the new era, this article analyzes the shortcomings of relevant teaching and the advantages of implementing task driven teaching
method. Specific implementation strategies are proposed, in order to provide more references and support for career planning and employment
guidance for college students in the new era.
