Abstract


The article comprehensively describes the importance of personnel records management in colleges and universities, and then analyzes the current personnel records management in colleges and universities with backward management consciousness, unsound system, poor
work standardization and low level of information technology, and puts forward a strategy to deal with the problems, including promoting
management consciousness through campus culture propaganda, constructing a scientific management system, standardizing the management
process, and setting up an information technology platform, which aims to improve the quality and efficiency of personnel records management in colleges and universities to support the development of universities and universities. It also puts forward coping strategies for these
problems, including improving management awareness through campus culture propaganda, constructing scientific management system,
standardizing management process and building informationization platform, aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of personnel file
management in colleges and universities, and provide strong support for the development of colleges and universities.
