scientific and technological talents. For enterprises, specialized task talents hired by superiors/users are an important component of the talent
system and belong to a specific task talent group. Enterprises should attach great importance to the relevant work of this talent group. This
article first analyzes the connotation and role of talent, and then proposes corresponding solutions by analyzing the problems faced by talent
management, providing guidance for the subsequent development of pre research innovation project management work.
