Analysis of the Current Status of Special Equipment Management in Hospitals
Abstract
This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of hospital special equipment management, and discusses it in detail from six
aspects: management system and norms, equipment procurement and acceptance, daily operation and maintenance, personnel training and
qualification, safety supervision and risk assessment, and information management. At present, the hospital is faced with problems in special equipment management, such as imperfect management system, non-standard procurement and acceptance process, insufficient operation and maintenance, inadequate personnel training, loopholes in safety supervision and low information level. To enhance the management level of hospital special equipment, put forward to strengthen the system construction, optimize the procurement acceptance process,
strengthen daily operations, strengthen personnel training, improve the safety supervision system and promote information management
improvement measures, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hospital special equipment, provide a solid guarantee for medical service quality.
