Construction and Efficiency Analysis of Intangible Asset Management System of Public Hospitals under Digital Transformation

Abstract


In the wave of digital transformation, public hospitals urgently need to build an efficient intangible asset management system to address management challenges and improve operational efficiency. This paper focuses on the importance of intangible asset management and
the existing issues, exploring the new opportunities and challenges brought by digital transformation. The article proposes a systematic strategy, including optimizing organizational structure, establishing an information platform for dynamic management, and setting up an evaluation
system, aiming to enhance the management and utilization efficiency of intangible assets in hospitals. Through the effectiveness analysis of
this system, the study shows that it helps improve the hospitals core competitiveness, promotes the preservation and appreciation of intangible
assets, and effectively optimizes resource allocation and operational efficiency, providing strong support for the sustainable development of
public hospitals.
