Research on the Regulation of the Commercialization of Personality Rights
Abstract
involves the commercial value of personal identity, portraits, names, voices, and other elements. This not only brings economic benefits but
also triggers legal issues such as privacy protection and violations of personality rights. By analyzing the current status of the commercialization of personality rights, this paper explores the challenges it faces at the legal level, and based on this, proposes a comprehensive regulatory
approach in order to provide theoretical support for the development of relevant legal systems.
